Care and Support Services

The Care and Support Services team at Wedgwood Christian Services focuses on providing specialized support and guidance to youth in residential care and community programs. This multidisciplinary team, comprising developmental care specialists, clinicians, and youth advisors, collaboratively develops and implements personalized care plans, therapeutic interventions, and positive youth development strategies to promote the emotional, behavioral, and social well-being of the individuals they serve.
