Sreytouch Sem

Sreytouch Sem has extensive experience in entrepreneurship ecosystem development and private sector engagement. They served as Deputy Director at HRAC from 2014 to 2017, and later took on the role of Business Engagement Manager at Pact from 2020 to 2023, where they focused on strengthening entrepreneurship programs and partnering with numerous stakeholders. Currently, Sreytouch Sem is the President of Cambodia Honey Association and Chair of the Cambodia Board for Wedu, actively contributing to social and economic development initiatives. They also held positions such as Business Development Manager at Learning for Success Institute and Secretary General at the Cambodia-Japan Association for Business & Investment, and were self-employed at AOKAS Agency.
