Lisa Parise has over two decades of experience in leadership roles across various sectors, including childcare and financial services. Currently serving as President and Vice President at Wee Watch Licensed Home Child Care since 2017, Lisa provides strategic direction overseeing operations for 44 licensed childcare agencies in Ontario, positively impacting the care of over 8,000 children. Prior experience at BMO Financial Group includes positions such as Head of Small Business Client Experience and National Sales Manager for Wealth Management Retail Sales, where Lisa was responsible for significant sales strategies and team leadership. Earlier roles at Fidelity Investments and TD Canada Trust focused on building sales effectiveness and designing training programs for large employee bases. Lisa holds a Master's degree in Environmental Studies focused on Organizational Change from York University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution.
