Jessica Chang

Jessica Chang is the co-founder and CEO of WeeCare, a company that helps parents find quality child care. Jessica has a background in business development and strategic partnerships, which they have used to grow WeeCare rapidly. Prior to WeeCare, Jessica was the VP of Marketplace at RadPad, where they increased organic growth by 40%, total supply growth by 50%, and revenues by 88%. Jessica also worked as the Corporate Development Director at Women 2.0, the Business Development Director at Girls in Tech China / Girl 2.0, and the Manager of Corporate & Business Development at [212]MEDIA. Jessica is a graduate of Harvard Business School.

Jessica Chang attended the University of California, Berkeley, where they earned a BA in Economics (Honors) and Psychology. Jessica also attended the International School of Beijing, China.
