Laura Baker

Laura Baker is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in leading marketing strategies across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at Weed Man since June 2025, Laura previously held the same title at Home Hardware Stores Limited from September 2021 to February 2025, where also contributed as VP of Marketing. Prior to that, Laura was the Head of Marketing for Canada at Edward Jones from June 2019 to September 2021. Laura's earlier roles include Senior Vice President and Vice President of Marketing at Sleep Country Canada, as well as Director of Marketing. Laura began the career at Tim Hortons Inc. as a Marketing Brand Manager focused on digital marketing. Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and a minor in Political Science from Wilfrid Laurier University, Laura brings a strong academic background to professional endeavors.
