Brandon Betts has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Brandon began their career in 2008 as an Aviation Maintenance Administration in the U.S Navy, where they were responsible for preparing reports, correspondence, and maintaining records in compliance with military guidelines. In 2014, they interned as a Merchandising Intern at O'Neill, where they updated the PLM system. Betts then worked as a Sales Associate at Oakley in 2015. Later that year, they interned as a Menswear Design Intern at Fox Head, Inc.

Since 2016, Betts has been associated with Weedmaps, starting as an Associate Designer and progressing to a Designer role. In these positions, they demonstrated strong communication, organization, and time management skills while managing data, running reports, and working on design projects for divisions such as Apparel, Brands, and promotional products.
