Byron Chen

Byron Chen has had extensive work experience as a UX Researcher. Byron most recently worked at Weedmaps as a Senior UX Researcher starting in July 2023. Prior to that, they were a Senior UX Researcher at Vendr from November 2022 to May 2023. Byron also worked as a UX Researcher at Beam Benefits from November 2021 to November 2022 and at Ibotta, Inc. as a UX Researcher from June 2021 to November 2021. Before that, they were an Associate UX Researcher at Ibotta, Inc. from September 2019 to June 2021. Byron's earliest work experience was as a UX Researcher at Trip.com from May 2018 to August 2019.

Byron Chen completed their Bachelor's Degree in Chinese and Economics at Tufts University from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they participated in a Study Abroad program at Zhejiang University, specializing in an Intensive Chinese Program. In June 2021, Byron obtained the certification of Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM.
