Cindy Kuo has a diverse range of work experience. Cindy started their career as a Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology Research Lab Assistant at UC Santa Barbara, where they gained experience in SDS-PAGE gel casting and gel loading techniques. Cindy then interned as a Violence Intervention and Prevention Intern at UC Santa Barbara. Cindy later joined Sharp Vision Software as a Software Engineer for a brief period before transitioning to StageIt as a Full Stack Software Engineer. Currently, they are working at Weedmaps as a Software Engineer, having been promoted from the position of Software Engineer I to Software Engineer II.
Cindy Kuo attended UC Santa Barbara from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychological & Brain Sciences. In 2019, they went on to attend App Academy for a year, studying Full Stack Web Development.
