Ed Plato

Ed Plato has over nine years of work experience in various roles. Ed most recently worked as a Software Engineer at Weedmaps since October 2021. Prior to that, they were a Software Engineer at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center - ASRC from March 2018 to October 2021. Before joining NASA, they worked as a self-employed Software Engineer from 2017 to 2018. Ed also has experience as a Cultivation Department Manager at Silver Stem from May 2015 to November 2016 and as an Environmental Consultant/Project Geologist at HRP Associates, Inc. from February 2012 to August 2014.

Ed Plato received a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science & Studies from Towson University in 2011. In 2017, they completed an Advanced Software Engineering Immersive Program, specializing in Computer Science, at Hack Reactor. Additionally, they obtained certification in Front End Development from freeCodeCamp in December 2016.
