Gavin Kuhl

Gavin Kuhl has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Gavin started their career at the University of Central Florida in 2015 as a Resident Assistant. In 2015, they also co-founded PolarityGG, an organization focused on creating a fighting game eSports environment. As the Media Director, they managed and produced live broadcasts and video content, as well as helped organize events.

In 2018, Gavin joined Weedmaps as a Sales Support Specialist, providing support to the sales team. Gavin then transitioned to the role of Audio Visual Specialist, where they utilized their expertise in audio and visual technologies. Later, they became an End User Services Specialist and eventually an End User Services Engineer, contributing to the smooth operation of end user services at Weedmaps.

During this time, Gavin also gained experience in the gaming industry. In 2018, they worked as a Customer Support representative at Smash.gg, a platform for organizing esports tournaments. Gavin also served as the Broadcast Manager at Thunder Gaming, where they managed broadcast operations for gaming events.

Additionally, Gavin worked at Smash The Record Inc. as a Broadcast Engineer from 2015 to 2017. Gavin played a key role in producing live video content to raise funds for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Gavin helped plan events and broadcasts, as well as managed a team to ensure successful broadcasts.
