Kat Greco

Kat Greco has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kat is currently employed at Weedmaps as an Employee Engagement Specialist since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Aurora as a Senior Program Manager from January 2021 to June 2021. From 2015 to 2021, they were a Senior Program Manager and later a Recruiting Coordinator Lead at Uber Advanced Technologies Group, where they developed and managed onboarding programs for new hires and implemented processes for preboarding and orientation. Before that, they worked at Giant Eagle as a Candidate Care Coordinator and Training Coordinator from 2008 to 2015. Their earliest work experience includes roles at American Eagle Outfitters, where they served as a Project Manager, Field Communication Coordinator, and Customer Relations Coordinator from 2003 to 2008.
