Max Schneider

Max Schneider serves as Senior Counsel for Product at Weedmaps, providing legal support for a cannabis order and delivery platform along with various B2B software offerings since March 2022. Prior to joining Weedmaps, Max Schneider held multiple roles at PayPal from December 2014 to March 2022, including Senior Legal Counsel for Product, where responsibilities encompassed the Honey and PayPal Checkout product lines, as well as serving as Commercial Counsel and Product Counsel for various payment products. Early legal experience includes positions as a Legal Assistant at Creative Industry Law and Legal Intern at Bogaards Davis LLP, with additional internships at PayPal and the California Rural Legal Assistance Foundation, along with a role as a Law Clerk. Max Schneider holds a JD from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a BA in Psychology with a minor in Professional Writing from UC Santa Barbara, complemented by a study abroad program at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
