Mike Fletcher

Mike Fletcher has nearly 14 years of experience in maintenance and facilities management. Mike started as a Maintenance Supervisor at Kellogg Company in 2008, eventually transitioning to Maintenance Planner at Kellogg Canada Inc. In 2017, they joined Sommers Motor Generators as an Operations Manager and later took on the role of Inventory Control/Warranty Coordinator. Most recently, they have worked at LCBO and Entourage Health in various Maintenance and Facilities management positions, including Manager and Director roles.

Mike Fletcher studied Industrial Mechanic at Fanshawe College. Mike also obtained a certification in Industrial Mechanic.
