Jeff Lee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and user experience design. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of CX Product at Weee! since January 2022, Jeff leads a team focused on enhancing mobile and web shopping experiences in multiple languages and ethnic storefronts, emphasizing authenticity and personalization. Prior to this, Jeff held various leadership roles, including Senior Director of Product/UX/Analytics at Coupang, where the focus was on Search and Discovery, and Chief Product Officer at BeFresh Mobile, a fashion mobile commerce platform. Additionally, roles at Tobi, Walmart eCommerce, and Demandtec showcase Jeff's expertise in product development and strategy across diverse industries. Jeff holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and dual MBA degrees from Columbia Business School and the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
