Judith Nelson

Judith Nelson has extensive work experience in various leadership and consulting roles. Judith is currently the Chief People Officer at Weee! and also operates their own consulting company, Judith Nelson Consulting Limited. Prior to their current positions, Judith served as the Chief People & Corporate Communications Officer at Dairy Farm Group and as the Chief People Officer/People Consultant at Deliveroo. Judith has also worked as a People Consultant for their own consulting company, where they have worked with various organizations such as Aviva PLC, Catapult Ventures Ltd, FarFetch, Boston Consulting Group, Travis Perkins Group (Wickes), and Argos. Additionally, Judith served as an Advisory Board Member for Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University. Earlier in their career, they held various HR and operational roles at Tesco Stores Ltd, including UK & ROI People Director, International HR Director, UK Operations HR Director, and Change/Operational People roles.

Judith Nelson's education history includes completing the Insead Advanced Management Programme and becoming CIPD Qualified.
