Shambhavi Gopikrishnan

Shambhavi Gopikrishnan is a dedicated professional with a strong background in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as an Operations Intern at Weekday (YC W21) since June 2025. Previously, Shambhavi worked as a Technical Recruiter at Workfall, where responsibilities included sourcing software developers and enhancing client relationships through lead generation. Experience also includes human resources internships at ABB and INPAC TIMES, focusing on candidate evaluation and interview coordination. An academic background in Psychology from Parul University is complemented by participation in the Vancouver Summer Program at The University of British Columbia, where Shambhavi studied major mental illnesses and psychotherapy.
