Tim Bicknell

Tim Bicknell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic management, business development, and education. As the Founder and Managing Director of Deep Cove since 2018, Tim has dedicated efforts to help clients achieve clarity and alignment in various business strategies. Concurrently, Tim serves as Chairman of three advisory boards at Dublin Business School and as a Non-Executive Director at the UX Design Institute, both roles emphasizing the importance of industry collaboration and education. As a mentor for Enterprise Ireland, Tim supports High Potential Startups in overcoming growth obstacles. Tim's previous roles include General Manager at RaboDirect Ireland and Head of Analytics, CRM & Digital Banking at permanent tsb, among others. Tim's academic credentials include an MBA from University College Dublin and a Professional Diploma in Coaching & Mentoring from Kingstown College, complemented by specialized training in fintech from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford.
