Vivek Mehta

Vivek Mehta has held a variety of roles since 2008. Vivek began their career as a Martial Arts Instructor at ATA American Taekwondo Association. In 2011, they became a Web Developer for Songseeds.org. In 2013, they joined Deloitte Digital as a Consultant and served as a Functional Lead of large development teams for $200M+ projects serving 1M+ users, a Scrum Master of a 20 person development team, and Head of a “special ops” team focused on rapidly resolving high profile political and legal issues. In 2017, they became the Co-Founder and CEO of Weeve, LLC, which gives businesses a better way to gather and act on employee feedback. In 2020, they became the Managing Director of Lean DEI, an end-to-end solution to build a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Vivek Mehta obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Political Communication from The University of Texas at Austin between 2009 and 2013. Vivek has also obtained certifications from Adobe Captivate as an Adobe AEM 6 Business Practitioner, from The University of Texas at Austin as a Certified Mediator, and from the Scrum Alliance as a Scrum Master Certified (SMC).
