Anisa Aven's work experience begins in 2012 with their role as an Executive Coach, Leadership Trainer, and Team Developer for Costco Wholesale. Anisa also held similar positions with other clients such as Rolls Royce NA and Southern California Edison. In 2014, they became a CEO at TurnKey Coaching & Development Solutions, LLC. At this company, they also served as a Speaker, Host, and Emcee, organizing Crisis Management events. In 2015, they joined Vizen Executive Leadership as an OD Consultant, providing coaching and training services. Anisa continued to work with TurnKey Coaching Solutions, LLC. as a Workshop Facilitator for the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team program. Anisa Aven joined Forbes Coaches Council in 2018 as a Member. In 2020, they co-founded Weeve, LLC and took on the role of Co-Founder & Chief Revenue Officer, overseeing a people transformation platform for healthcare. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Member of the Board of Directors at WorkMatesHub, where they provide strategic management and OD consulting for enterprise clients.
Anisa Aven's education history shows that they attended the Coach Academy in 2006-2007, where they studied Executive Coaching. Prior to that, they attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Los Angeles from 1988 to 1990. Anisa completed their high school education at Northbrook High School from 1983 to 1987.
In addition to their formal education, Anisa Aven has obtained several certifications. In 2017, they became a Certified Growth Curve Specialist from FlashPoint! Anisa also obtained certification as a Certified EverythingDisc Trainer from Wiley - Workplace Learning Solutions in 2016. In 2015, they became a Certified TLC Coach with The Leadership Circle at The Leadership Circle. Prior to that, they received certification as a Board Certified Coach from the Center For Credentialing & Education in 2012. In 2008, they became a Master NLP Practitioner from IANLP, and in 2007, they obtained certification as a Certified Neuro Linguistics Programming Coach, also from IANLP.
