Nisha Baig, P.Eng

Nisha Baig, P.Eng has over 15 years of experience in the engineering field. Nisha started their career in 2003 at ArcelorMittal Dofasco as a Process Automation Software Analyst - Senior Software Specialist. During their time there, they worked their way up to a Process Automation Manager, Primary & Logistics and then a Process Automation Coach. Nisha also served as a Continuous Improvement Champion and Team Leader to drive business improvement initiatives. In 2022, they began their current role as an Engineering Manager at Weever.

Nisha Baig, P.Eng obtained their Bachelor of Engineering & Management- BE in Computer Software Engineering from McMaster University in 2002. In 2016, they were certified as a Professional Engineer (PE) by Professional Engineers Ontario.
