Lindsey Johnson has a diverse work experience, beginning with a Business Development Intern at Firethorn, A Qualcomm Company in 2009. Lindsey then moved to Morgan Stanley as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst in 2010, followed by BlackRock as a Financial Markets Advisory Associate and Financial Markets Advisory Analyst from 2011 to 2014. In 2016, Lindsey became an Investor at Knoll Ventures, and in 2017 they were an MBA Summer Intern at LOLA (www.mylola.com) and an Investment Associate at 37 Angels. In 2018, Lindsey Co-Founded and became CEO of Weezie, a company that brings joy to bathrooms with high-quality towels and robes. Weezie has since grown to 50+ FTEs, with headquarters in Atlanta, GA and a satellite office in Savannah, GA. In 2022, Lindsey became a Member of YPO.

Lindsey Johnson attended Episcopal High School from 2003 to 2007. Lindsey then went on to Vanderbilt University where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Human and Organizational Development & Managerial Studies from 2007 to 2011. In 2017, Lindsey Johnson completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Columbia Business School.
