Tony Seruelo

Tony Seruelo has been in the workforce since 2018. Tony started their career as a Supervisor at LUSH | UK & Europe, where they were responsible for supporting 8-10 members of management to achieve a 5 star "candy shop" mystery report in a high footfall store. Tony also supported 30+ sales staff members through daily training and on the spot feedback post consultation to motivate and reach KPI's. Additionally, they were in charge of events, hosting and arranging interactive events in-store for individuals as a product to gain profit. In 2021, Tony began working as a Warehouse Manager at Weezy. Here, they ensured smooth warehouse operations on a day-to-day basis, achieving a Food Hygiene Rating of 5 stars for the Salford fulfilment centre. Tony managed a team of 30+ Customer Delivery Reps daily and ensured a smooth and efficient packing and deliveries of orders within the 15-minute timeframe. Tony also ensured high standards of service for every customer order and always dealt with any customer escalation in the most proactive and efficient manner. Tony ensured that company KPI's were achieved and exceeded whenever possible.

Tony Seruelo obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The Manchester Metropolitan University between 2015-2018, specializing in the field of Law.
