Nidia Carol Moncada

Nidia Carol Moncada has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Nidia Carol started their career at the Mexican Petroleum Institute as a Safety and Process Engineer, where they executed oil and gas process engineering projects. Nidia Carol then worked at COMIMSA as a Project Expert Engineer, focusing on the supervision of various offshore projects related to crude oil, gas, and multiphase flow transportation. Nidia also worked at KBR, Inc. as a Professional Senior Engineer, where they conducted FEED Engineering and performed overpressure studies for a refinery. Nidia Carol later joined CH2M and Grupo Diarqco as an Expert in Projects, responsible for executing process engineering tasks in the feed industry. After that, they worked at CONSORTIO CSS as a Principal Process Engineer, leading and supervising process engineering teams in EPC projects. Their role included tasks such as planning, programming, and overseeing the progress, cost, and scope of the projects. Nidia then joined DCH as a consultant/advisory/project manager, where they developed verification plans and reports in design, manufacturing, construction, commissioning, and start-up stages. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Engineer at Wefight.

Nidia Carol Moncada pursued their education in a chronological order as follows. Starting in the year 2016, they attended IEU and UAM-IZT where they obtained a Master's degree in Management Oil and Gas Industry. In the subsequent years from 2017 to 2019, they pursued a Ph.D. degree in Ph Eng. Process, Optimization of process FCC at UAM-AZC. Additionally, in April 2018, Nidia obtained a certification in NOM ASEA -005 from UV PETROL.
