Russ Martin

Russ Martin currently serves as the Head of Commercial Operations (UK) for both wefinanceanycar.com and We Finance Any Vans since November 2025. Previously, Russ held the position of Head of National Brokers & Key Accounts (UK) at V12 Vehicle Finance from September 2022 to November 2025, where recognition as one of 30 Outstanding Achievers in 2024 within the Secure Trust Bank Group was achieved. Russ has extensive experience in the finance sector, having worked in various roles including National Broker Manager at Oodle Car Finance and Head Of Sales & Operations Motor Finance at Zopa. Russ's career began with Close Brothers Motor Finance, ultimately leading to significant contributions in sales, operations, and strategic planning across multiple organizations. Educational background includes a National Diploma in Business and Finance from Loxley College.
