Dr. Ronny Fischer

Dr. Ronny Fischer serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Chief Strategy Officer at wefox since February 2022, where leadership entails directing strategic functions across multiple markets and shaping digital insurance products. Previously, contributions at Zurich Insurance Group spanned various senior roles including Global Head of Digital & Strategy Execution, Chief of Staff in the Group COO Office, and management of CEO Offices in both Global Life and General Insurance, focusing on strategy formulation, organizational transformation, and digital innovation. In addition to current responsibilities at wefox, Dr. Fischer mentors insurtech startups at F10 Incubator & Accelerator. Dr. Fischer holds a Ph.D. in Management from the University of St.Gallen and a Master’s in Information Systems and Business Administration from Leipzig University.
