Ryan Hodson

Ryan Hodson is an experienced education professional and venture partner, currently working at The Basement UC San Diego since October 2015, while holding venture partner roles at Wefunder, Nex Cubed, and Sway Ventures since the same date. Previously, Ryan served as a venture partner at Kodiak Venture Partners from October 2009 to September 2015 and at Laidlaw Venture Partners from October 2003 to September 2009. Early in the career, Ryan worked as a commodity trader at Iowa Grain from October 1998 to September 2003. Ryan's educational background includes studies at Bentley University from 2001 to 2003, Becker College from 1999 to 2001, and Pinkerton Academy from 1995 to 1999.
