Imad Mehanna

Imad Mehanna is an experienced professional in the field of mechanical engineering and energy efficiency. Currently serving as an Analista de Vendas Técnicas at WEG since August 2023, Imad focuses on energy efficiency projects, utilizing software tools to analyze technical data and propose solutions for clients. Previously, an Estagiário de engenharia mecânica at Itaipu Binacional from November 2022 to July 2023, Imad provided support for mechanical engineering projects. As a Líder de equipe at Grupo Cataratas de Eficiência Energética from February 2019 to December 2022, responsibilities included managing a team and overseeing prototype development. Imad's expertise was further enhanced as a Bolsista at the Centro de Competências em Tecnologias Abertas e IoT from June 2021 to June 2022, where a focus on drone technology for border monitoring was key. Additionally, Imad contributed as a monitor for pre-calculus at Universidade Estadual do Oeste do Paraná earlier in 2019. Imad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university, completed in July 2023.
