James Conley has extensive experience in operations and manufacturing management within the transformer industry. Currently, at WEG since June 2017, James serves as Operations Manager for Distribution Transformers, previously held roles including Quality Manager for Power Transformers and Plant Superintendent, focusing on production supervision and team development while emphasizing safety, quality, and efficiency. Prior to WEG, James worked at CG Power Systems USA Inc. in various capacities, including Manufacturing Manager and Production Supervisor, managing custom-engineered medium-power transformers. Additionally, James served as Facility Manager at Bonhomme and Team Leader at Chrysler Motors Corp. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Columbia College.
