Lucas Tavares

Lucas Tavares is a Data Engineer in Digital Products at WEG since February 2017, specializing in the development of end-to-end solutions and validation of MVPs using analytical, statistical, and machine learning tools. Experienced with various technologies including Python, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, and data visualization tools, Lucas applies both unsupervised and supervised machine learning models, alongside WEGnology for low-code solutions. Prior to this role, Lucas worked as a Researcher in Research and Technological Innovation and as a Trainee in the same field at Laboratório de Vibrações, focusing on programming in Java SE, numerical analysis, and finite element simulations. Lucas holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence from Universidade Federal do Paraná.
