Stephanie Filkins is a seasoned human resources professional with over 15 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at WEG since September 2010, Stephanie has previously held roles such as Human Resources Representative at Mission Foods from 2008 to 2010 and Human Resources Administrator at Northern Star Company from 2005 to 2008. Stephanie holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from Concordia University-St. Paul and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from Winona State University.
