Ion Padilla is the CEO of Wegaw, a company focused on supporting utilities and energy companies to become more resilient to climate change. Ion is also a TEDx Speaker and a member of Mensa International. Previously, Ion was the CEO & Co-Founder of WeHike, a social e-commerce platform for hiking enthusiasts. Ion has experience as a Business Consultant at Hewlett-Packard, a Software Engineer at CERN, and a Junior Software Engineer at Nvision. Ion co-founded KonponBIT, an organization providing IT support and development services. Ion holds a degree in Engineering in Computer Science and has expertise in various areas such as programming, project management, artificial intelligence, and software engineering.
