Colby's experience also includes founding Wegman Partners LLC in December 2004, which provides national search services from multiple US locations, as well as ownership of Fiber Staffing and Eagle Tech Consultants. Prior to these ventures, Colby worked as a Search Consultant at MPS Group from December 2000 to December 2004. Colby holds a degree in Business Management from Texas Tech University, obtained in 2000.
