Colby Wegman

Colby Wegman is an accomplished entrepreneur and owner of multiple firms in the executive search and staffing industry. Since December 2012, Colby has led Wegman Capital, a private investment firm that owns six distinct companies, including Agile Premier, Elevate Healthcare Consultants, and Sage Search Partners, each specializing in various recruitment sectors such as technology, healthcare, and finance. Colby's experience also includes founding Wegman Partners LLC in December 2004, which provides national search services from multiple US locations, as well as ownership of Fiber Staffing and Eagle Tech Consultants. Prior to these ventures, Colby worked as a Search Consultant at MPS Group from December 2000 to December 2004. Colby holds a degree in Business Management from Texas Tech University, obtained in 2000.
