Since 2013, Tracy has been working at Wegman Partners as the Director of Business Development, specializing in staffing legal professionals for law firms and corporate legal departments. Tracy has a strong understanding of clients' staffing needs and focuses on the recruitment of support staff, paralegals, and attorneys. Prior to this role, Tracy worked at Attorney Resource as an Account Executive from 2010 to 2013, where they developed and expanded HR relationships within law firms and corporations.
