Tracy Johnson

Tracy Johnson has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the legal and recruiting industry. Since 2013, Tracy has been working at Wegman Partners as the Director of Business Development, specializing in staffing legal professionals for law firms and corporate legal departments. Tracy has a strong understanding of clients' staffing needs and focuses on the recruitment of support staff, paralegals, and attorneys. Prior to this role, Tracy worked at Attorney Resource as an Account Executive from 2010 to 2013, where they developed and expanded HR relationships within law firms and corporations. Tracy also worked at Legal Network as an Account Executive from 2004 to 2010, with similar responsibilities of developing and expanding HR relationships. Tracy's work experience also includes a role as the Dallas Area Manager at Monster from 1999 to 2004, where they successfully introduced and implemented a program in major school districts.

Tracy Johnson holds an Associate of Arts (AA) degree from Trinity Valley Community College.
