Gregory Parker has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Gregory started their career as an Appliance Service Assistant at Queen City Home Appliance Service in 1990 and worked there until 1994. From 1997 to 1999, they were a Night Shift Manager at Moose Creek. In 1999, they joined The Maverick Group as a Graphic Designer and later became a Creative Director before leaving in 2003. Gregory then worked at P&E Distributors, Inc. from 2003 to 2007 as a Catalog Manager and later as a Marketing & Online Sales Director. From 2008 to 2011, they were a Marketing & Online Development Consultant at Martin & Company Advertising. Gregory joined WEGMANN automotive in 2011 and held various marketing roles, including Marketing Manager North America, Marketing Director North America, and Marketing & Product Management Director. Gregory also volunteered as a Marketing Committee Member at Automotive Aftermarket Charitable Foundation in 2017.

Gregory Parker attended Austin Peay State University from 1994 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Marketing & Graphic Arts. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications such as "Harvard Business School: Negotiation Tactics" in January 2017 from the Harvard Business School and "FranklinCovey: 4-Disciplines of Execution Executive Coach" in January 2012 from FranklinCovey.
