Janet Grillo

Janet Grillo has extensive experience in employee communication and instructional design, currently serving as Employee Communications Manager at Wegmans Food Markets since August 2015, where previous roles included Senior Organization Design Coordinator and Employee Communications Project Manager. Prior to joining Wegmans, Janet worked at MAXIMUS Federal Services as an Instructional Designer/Trainer and held the position of Clinical Writer & Content Lead at Eagle Productivity Solutions. Janet's career began at the University of Rochester Medical Center as an Online Learning Specialist. Janet holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Lee University and an Associate of Arts in Communications from Finger Lakes Community College.
