Taylor Rourke

Taylor Rourke currently serves as a Human Resources Operations Coordinator at Mindex since January 2024. Prior experience includes working at Wegmans Food Markets as a Frontend Coordinator, where outstanding customer service and team leadership were key responsibilities, and as a Store Associate, focusing on cashier duties and customer assistance. Taylor also participated in Wegmans' Summer Intern program, gaining experience in Store Operations, Culinary, Merchandising, and Asset Protection. Previous roles include Stand Worker at Fisher Hill Farm, overseeing market activities, and Hostess at Ezzys Restaurant, managing seating and customer interactions. Taylor Rourke holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University at Buffalo, completed in December 2023.
