Filter, S.C. for over two decades, specializing in tailored business solutions. Filter’s earlier experience includes partnership roles at Elmer & Filter, CPA's and Ronald H. Elmer, CPA, alongside a foundational position at Clifton Gunderson LLP, where key professional skills were developed. Filter holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, earned in 1982.
