Kaushal Pilikuli has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Kaushal is currently working at Wego.com as the VP of ShopCash and Loyalty, a position they have held since November 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Product for ShopCash.com at the same company from July 2020 to October 2021. In January 2020, they joined Wego.com as the Director of Growth Marketing for the Asia Pacific region, a role they held until October 2021.

In 2014, Kaushal worked as an independent Management Consultant, conducting market research and developing a go-to-market strategy for the launch of an organic toothpaste in the Philippines market.

Kaushal started their career at Fidelity Investments as a Software Engineer in July 2007. During their tenure, they mentored a team and was responsible for the complete software development life-cycle of multiple projects.

In 2013, Kaushal gained experience as a Business Consultant and Management Intern at IdeaSpace Foundation, Inc., where they worked on the ASEAN growth strategy and provided consultancy services to an incubated loyalty app startup.

Kaushal Pilikuli completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in General Management, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship from the Asian Institute of Management in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from B. M. S. College of Engineering, which they completed between 2003 and 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Kaushal Pilikuli has obtained several certifications. They achieved the "Fundamentals of Project Planning and Management" certification from Coursera in October 2015. In the same year, they also completed the "Digital Marketing Acceleration Program" and became a "Digital Marketing Analytics Specialist" through the IIDM Certified Digital Marketer Program.
