Dana S.

Dana S. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. In 2003, they began their career as a Marketing Executive at McCann Erikson Fortune Promoseven. They later joined MA - Australia as a Senior Consultant from 2006 to 2008. In 2009, they founded IME Consulting, a professional services company specializing in innovation management and strategy consulting. As the Founder/Managing Director, Dana S. was responsible for the company's profitability, business development, and client acquisition. They also served as the lead consultant on strategic projects for clients across various industries. From 2013 to 2014, Dana S. worked as a Senior Advisor at an NGO/Foundation focused on job creation, entrepreneurial education, and upskilling of youth in the MENA region. They were involved in developing and launching initiatives to support the tech ecosystem, capacity-building of youth, and designing innovative solutions for education and the SME sector. In 2022, Dana S. took on the role of Chief Innovation Officer at Beyond. Currently, they are working as an Adjunct Professor at IE Business School, starting in 2023.
