Hatim Ali

Hatim Ali has a strong background in operations management and project management. Hatim currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Beyond Company, where they began working in 2023. Previously, they worked as the Director of Operations at Tam Development LLC from 2019 to 2022. In this role, Hatim successfully increased overall project profits and streamlined processes to meet strategic goals. In 2010, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Operations Management at the University of Central Lancashire, specializing in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Hatim completed their studies in 2011.

Prior to their master's degree, Hatim attended Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2007 to 2010. Hatim obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science during this time.

In addition to their formal education, Hatim Ali obtained several certifications to enhance their skill set. These certifications include "Agile Foundations" and "Strategic Planning Foundations" from LinkedIn, which they obtained in July 2022 and February 2021, respectively.
