Sondos Eldadah

Sondos Eldadah has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. In 2010, they worked as a Business Development Officer and System Analyst at Tatweer International for Software Development LTD. Their responsibilities included being a part of the research and development team and preparing presentations for top management. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at King Abdullah Medical City - Makkah, where they served as the Head of Initiatives Office and Strategic Planning Analyst. During their time there, they were responsible for establishing the Initiatives Office as a standalone department, coaching and providing project management consultations to managers, and developing the strategic plan using the balanced scorecard tool. Sondos worked as a Project Management Consultant at THINK TANK (future innovation co.) in 2016, where they developed project management tools and templates and ensured the successful planning and execution of assigned projects. From 2017 to 2019, they held multiple roles at Saudi Brothers Commercial Company, including PMO and Strategy Management Lead and PMO and Strategy Management Senior Analyst. Their responsibilities involved monitoring and reviewing strategic projects, developing operating companies' strategic plans, and implementing project management tools. In 2019, Sondos worked as a Management Consultant at a confidential company. Sondos joined PMI KSA Chapter in 2020 as the Performance Management Team Lead for the Western & Southern region. Currently, they are working as a Senior Program Manager at Beyond since 2020.

Sondos Eldadah completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Dar Al-Hekma University from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the same university. In terms of additional certifications, Sondos obtained the PMO-CP© (PMO Certified Practitioner) certification from PMO Global Alliance in 2022. Sondos became an Agile Project Manager through a certification from LinkedIn in July 2020. Additionally, they acquired the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2015 and the Key Performance Indicator Professional certification from The KPI Institute in March 2015.
