Sanji Kanagalingam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital health and engineering. As the CEO and Founder of WeGuide since January 2019, Sanji focuses on developing digital health companions to enhance engagement and remote monitoring. Sanji also serves as Director at Curve Tomorrow, where strategies for revolutionary digital health practices are developed. In addition, Sanji is a Founding Partner at ANDHealth, a national initiative supporting digital health technology commercialization in Australia. Previous roles include Head of Strategy & Operations at Axon, Engineering Manager & New Business at Robert Bosch GmbH, and Project Manager in various capacities at Bosch and Alstom Group. Sanji holds an Executive Master of Business from Melbourne Business School and dual Bachelor's degrees in Engineering (Mechatronics) and Computer Science from the University of Melbourne.
