Hugo Penna is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in driving business value through technical insights and product development. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at WEHANDLE since June 2023, Hugo previously held senior technical product management roles at Thoughtworks from April 2021 to February 2023, where responsibilities included balancing technical details with business needs. Before that, Hugo founded PJ 101 and worked as a Product Manager at Gedanken - GCertifica, managing client relationships and project setups. Other notable positions include Operations Manager at Crave and Product Manager at iClinic, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end product development and strategic vision. Hugo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, completed in 2015.
