Morten Aarøe

Morten Aarøe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in antenna and microwave technology, currently serving as the Director of Antenna Technology at Weibel Scientific since May 2009. Leading a team of 40 developers, Morten focuses on integrating microwave and RF sensor development across a diverse product portfolio that includes various radar systems. Previous roles include R&D Engineering Manager for both Antenna and Microwave Technology, where Morten managed teams and spearheaded innovative projects, such as the Weibel XENTA radar series. Morten holds a PhD in Experimental Solid State Physics and a Master's in Applied Physics from the Technical University of Denmark, alongside a brief Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Early career experiences include systems administration and Linux server management at Jubii A/S and Pist'ase Ski.
