David Chippendale

David Chippendale has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. David started their career at Cendant Mobility as the Vice President of the Commercial Division, where they sold their own brokerage firm to Cendant and worked on growing the commercial presence in the market. David then joined yhd.com as the Senior Vice President of Operations, overseeing the entire company's operations and expanding into new markets within a year. After that, they worked at Weichert Commercial Brokerage, Inc as the Senior Vice President, involved in various aspects of commercial brokerage and focused on locating distressed properties for real estate funds. Lastly, they served as the President/CEO of Metro Studios, NJ for a year.

David Chippendale graduated from The College of New Jersey in 1979 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Public Administration.
