Frank Palestrini

President at Weichert Corporate Housing

Frank is not only a seasoned veteran of our industry, he’s a respected, long-standing leader of over 30 years within the Weichert organization. He first joined Weichert in 1990, working in real estate before making the jump to relocation as a Vice President with Weichert Workforce Mobility in 1996.

In 2000, in recognition of his vast experience, customer-centric focus and keen industry insight, he was tapped on the shoulder to champion the establishment of Weichert Corporate Housing. Here, Frank recognized that with a focus on delivering all the comforts of “home while away from home,” he could help organizations enhance their employees’ relocation experience.

Today, WCH is one of Weichert’s great success stories, and as President of WCH, Frank oversees client services, operations, leasing, finance and vendor management, as well as a portfolio of over 1,100 leased apartments across the US and Canada.

In addition to being one of the most knowledgeable guys in the room, Frank is also one of the most affable, and a gentleman in the finest sense of the word. Born and raised in Brooklyn NY, he spent two years in the deep south of Alabama and Georgia. He is equally at home in the city or, preferably, somewhere on a boat with a fishing rod in hand.
