Rosemary Lucarelli

Rosemary Lucarelli began their work experience at Weichert Financial Services in 1992. Rosemary started as a Supervisor of Cashiering and Investor Reporting Departments, where they handled daily system reconciliation, loan transfers, and reporting to various investors. Rosemary was later promoted to Assistant Vice President, where they oversaw New Loan Set Up, Investor Reporting, Cashiering, Payoffs, and Customer Service. Rosemary remained in this role until October 2003. In 2003, they joined SIB/Ivy Mortgage as an Investor Reporting Administrator, where they created policies and procedures for Fannie Mae MBS servicing and assisted with loan transfers. Rosemary left SIB/Ivy Mortgage in February 2004.
