Tracy Laverdiere

Tracy Laverdiere is an experienced engineering and maintenance manager currently at Weidmann Electrical Technology since June 2025. Previously, Tracy held various leadership roles at CoorsTek, Inc., including engineering manager where management of engineering and facilities teams led to significant process improvements. Tracy has also served as a quality manager at Linamar Corporation and Busch Vacuum Pumps & Systems, where the implementation of tracking systems and continuous improvement tools enhanced operational efficiency. Earlier career positions include manufacturing manager at Howard Tool, manufacturing engineer at Abbott Laboratories, and engineering/quality/controller manager at Eldur Corporation. Tracy holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine, earned between 1984 and 1988.
