Bernd Konschak

Bernd Konschak is an experienced HR professional with a focus on talent attraction and HR marketing. Currently serving as a Senior HR Manager for Talent Attraction at Weidmüller Germany since February 2018, Bernd also works as a freelance trainer at Haufe Akademie GmbH & Co. KG, teaching HR-Marketing to HR professionals. Prior experience includes leading the HR Marketing department at SICK from 2006 to 2017, managing employer branding and internship programs. Bernd has also held teaching positions as an assistant lecturer at Furtwangen University and worked at Hewlett-Packard as EMEA Talent Attraction and Student Program Manager.
