Annie Donovan

Annie Donovan has a diverse work experience in the property management industry. Annie started their career at The Village Dallas in 1997 as a Leasing Specialist, where they were responsible for leasing to prospective renters and maintaining high occupancy rates. Over the years, they took on various roles such as Leasing Manager and Assistant Property Manager, gaining experience in bookkeeping, resident communications, and apartment turnover. From 2007 to 2020, they worked as a Residential Property Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of three upscale communities. In 2021, Annie joined Greystar as a Community Manager, managing the operations of an upscale community. Currently, they are working as a Community Director at Weidner Apartment Homes, where they are responsible for the day-to-day operations of an A+ property, managing the on-site team, and controlling budget expenses. Throughout their career, Annie consistently achieved high occupancy rates and focused on maximizing income while providing excellent service.

Annie Donovan obtained their Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in August 2009.
